Lamb Shoulder is one of the most forgiving cuts of lamb, it tastes good and is really hard to overcook.
MARINADE
1 tsp of:
garlic paste
ginger paste
salt
pepper
lemon juice
chili powder
garam masala
cumin powder
2 tbsp yogurt
handful of cilantro
family portion of lamb shoulder

and mix it all up marinade overnight then fry up some hashbrowns (if you want, as a base) |
and then grill the lamb!
If it is undercooked, then just broil it in the oven and it will finish off quickly
and easily, just dont forget to watch it.
